What's reviewed manually

Chain-link, vinyl, and aluminum fencing have no public live-data source — nothing tracks these as structured data anywhere. These figures are reviewed roughly every 3-6 months.

What's not included

This covers fence materials, standard post-setting, and basic labor. It does not include: removal of an existing fence, extensive grading/excavation for sloped yards, or HOA-specific style requirements.
